2. Stay Positive and Uplifting

We’re here to support each other! Share positive vibes, encouragement, and advice that lifts others up. If you’re offering feedback, do it constructively.

3. Respect Privacy

What’s shared in the community stays in the community. Don’t share anyone’s personal information or stories without their permission. Respect others’ privacy as you’d want yours to be respected.

4. No Inappropriate Content

This forum is a safe space for teen girls, so keep content appropriate. No sharing of explicit, offensive, or harmful material. Posts, images, or links with inappropriate content will be removed, and users will be warned or banned.

5. Stay On Topic

We want the conversations to be helpful and relevant to everyone. Please keep your posts on topic and in the correct forum category. Off-topic or spammy posts will be removed.

6. Support, Don’t Diagnose

We’re here to offer advice and emotional support, but remember, we’re not mental health professionals. If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out to a professional for help. You can find resources on our Helpline & Support page.

7. Report Issues
