I’ve faced a lot of setbacks, especially when I didn’t get accepted into the summer program I really wanted. It felt like such a failure at the time, but I realized it wasn’t the end of the world. I started focusing on what I could do better for next time. How do you stay resilient when things don’t go your way?

I used to set really big goals, but when I didn’t reach them, I felt like a failure. Now, I’m learning to break them down into smaller steps. For example, I dream of becoming a veterinarian, so I’ve set a goal to study an hour of biology every day. What are some small goals you’ve set for yourself?

Chasing big dreams feels exciting, but it’s also really hard to manage with all the schoolwork I have. I’ve always wanted to become a doctor, but balancing my studies with family expectations is overwhelming. Does anyone else feel like they’re losing motivation sometimes? How do you get back on track?
