    I’ve learned that complimenting myself every morning really helps. Even if it’s just “I like my smile” or “I’m proud of my efforts,” it slowly builds confidence. Self-care like journaling my thoughts has made me feel more in control and happier about who I am.

    For me, embracing body positivity started when I stopped comparing myself to others on social media. I focus on what my body can do, not just how it looks. Doing yoga and meditation helps me connect with myself and appreciate my unique body.

    Taking care of my mental health by talking to my family about my feelings has boosted my confidence a lot. When I’m mentally strong, I feel better about myself and my body.
