      Honestly, I used to think I had to handle everything myself, but when I finally opened up to my mom about how stressed I was over grades, things got easier. Just having her check in with me after school helped a lot. Sometimes one person who truly listens makes all the difference.

      I created a group chat with a few close friends from school. We call it the “Safe Space Squad.” We talk about homework, crushes, family stuff—whatever. It’s amazing how sharing the load makes it lighter. Highly recommend forming a small circle like that!
