    I used to panic just reading aloud in class! What helped me was practicing in front of a mirror and pretending I was talking to a friend. Also, I try to remind myself that no one is perfect, and messing up is totally okay.

    Confidence, for me, came slowly. I started by asking questions in smaller group settings. The more I did that, the more I felt brave enough to speak in front of the class. Anyone else try “power poses” before speaking?
