I’ve been feeling really down lately, especially when I come home from school. It’s like I’m surrounded by people all day but still feel so alone. I started journaling my thoughts at night, and it helps a little. Anyone else try writing things out?

Sometimes I cry for no reason, and I don’t even know why. I try to hide it from my parents because I don’t want them to worry. It helps a bit when I listen to music in my room with the lights off. Does that sound weird?
