    I’ve found that starting small really helps. Like, instead of planning an hour every day, I do 15 minutes of something I like, like dancing or yoga. It fits better with school and makes me less likely to skip!

    Setting realistic goals is so important! I used to want to work out every day but got overwhelmed and gave up. Now I aim for 3 days a week and feel way better about sticking to it.

    For me, balance is key. I combine exercise with good sleep and healthy eating. When everything works together, workouts don’t feel like a punishment but a part of my lifestyle.
