I used to get panic attacks before big exams. My hands would shake and I’d feel like I couldn’t breathe. What’s helped me is carrying lavender oil and doing the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding method. It doesn’t fix everything, but it helps slow my mind down.

I usually get panic attacks in crowded places like malls or parties. I found out it’s a sensory overload thing. Noise-canceling headphones and taking short breaks outside really help me reset.

My therapist taught me to clench and release muscle groups when I start feeling panicky. It’s called progressive muscle relaxation. Super effective and easy to do anywhere.
