Honestly, I cried for hours when I saw my math grade. I felt like a failure, but my mom reminded me that one result doesn’t define my future. I’m now journaling my feelings and planning how to improve. Anyone else try journaling?

I totally relate. I studied so hard and still didn’t make the grade I hoped for. It hit me hard. But my teacher told me, “You’re more than a number.” That helped a lot. I’m trying to show myself grace.

I used to avoid checking my grades because I was scared. Now I remind myself: “You face it, you grow from it.” It’s just one chapter in your story, not the whole book.
