      I’ve found that making a realistic schedule really helps me feel less overwhelmed. I write down what I’ll study each day and stick to it. Seeing progress keeps me calm. Also, deep breathing exercises before studying helps me focus.

      I talk to myself a lot (lol not in a weird way 😅). I tell myself I can do this and it will be okay. Positive affirmations actually help! Also, I try to get good sleep before exams because staying up late just makes me panic more.

      I light a scented candle and play soft music when I study. Makes the vibe calming. I also repeat to myself: “Progress, not perfection.” That line helps me focus more on effort and less on fear.
