      I started taking 10-minute breaks after every 2 subjects I study. I usually step outside or stretch a bit. It helps clear my head. Anyone else try something like that?

      I’ve been using a “one-hour on, 15-min off” study method. During the 15 mins, I do deep breathing or just listen to music. It’s helped a LOT with stress.

      I created a “mental recharge” routine: 10 minutes of silence, 10 minutes journaling, and 10 minutes of music. I do this every Sunday to reset for the week. Game-changer!
