I always turn to soft piano music when I feel overwhelmed with school. It helps me focus and calms my racing thoughts. My go-to playlist is called ‘Rainy Day Calm’ on Spotify. Total lifesaver!

Music is literally my escape. When I’m anxious, I put on my headphones and blast BTS or Billie Eilish. It’s like all the noise in my head gets quiet. Anyone else into K-pop when they’re stressed?

I play the ukulele when I’m anxious. It’s simple and light and makes me smile. I even made a cover of ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ that I play for myself when I need comfort.
