    I started using a mindfulness app called Calm, and it really helps me when I’m feeling overwhelmed. Just taking 5 minutes to focus on my breathing calms my anxiety a lot. Has anyone else tried apps like this?

    Meditation has helped me deal with stress during exams. I usually do a simple body scan meditation before bed, and it helps me sleep better. It’s amazing how just being present can clear your mind.
