I think one major sign is when someone suddenly becomes quiet online—like they stop posting, liking, or commenting. That happened to me last year and nobody noticed until I told a friend. It’s scary how easy it is to suffer in silence.

Sometimes the signs aren’t obvious. A friend of mine started changing her profile picture a lot and deleting posts right after uploading them. Later she told me she was being bullied through DMs. We should check on people even when they seem okay.

I love that we’re talking about this. Sometimes, just asking someone ‘Are you okay?’ can make all the difference. Let’s look out for each other here 💕.
