Honestly, I don’t fully understand cheating yet, but from what I see on TikTok and in school gist, I think some girls just get bored or feel ignored. I don’t think it’s right though. I feel like people should talk about how they feel instead of doing that. 😕

In my experience, cheating is rarely the real issue — it’s a symptom. Girls cheat when they’re not aligned with themselves or when they’re in spaces where their voice isn’t heard. Until we teach emotional literacy and self-leadership, these patterns will repeat.

Let’s stop making it about gender. People cheat when they’re lacking emotional maturity, self-control, or communication skills. Yes, society often judges girls more harshly, but both men and women need to take responsibility for their choices.

I don’t justify cheating, but I understand that it often stems from emotional disconnection, fear of rejection, or the belief that “all men cheat, so let me play too.” We need more open conversations about emotional honesty and self-worth.

For some women, it’s emotional neglect. For others, it’s immaturity. But a common theme is lack of communication — people bottle things up instead of being honest or exiting gracefully. Cheating usually happens where there’s no vulnerability.

Cheating isn’t always about the other person. It’s often about the person cheating. A lot of girls (and guys too) use cheating as an escape from facing hard emotions or unmet needs. Sometimes it’s also revenge. It’s messy, but we need to talk about it without judgment.

Many girls have never seen what healthy love looks like. If all you know is chaos, you might think cheating is normal or harmless. Some people are acting out trauma without knowing it. That’s why inner healing is so important.

Let’s be honest, some people (not just girls) cheat because they’re trying to fill a void. Loneliness, validation, insecurity, or just chasing attention. It’s not an excuse, but that’s the reality for many. Emotional gaps are real.

From what I’ve seen around campus, some girls cheat because they never really wanted to be in the relationship in the first place — they just said yes for vibes or because of pressure. Then when it gets real, they check out emotionally.

To be honest, I think a lot of girls cheat when they don’t feel emotionally safe. Like if a guy doesn’t listen or is always making her feel small, and then someone else comes along and listens, she might get carried away. Not everyone cheats though.

Hmm… I think sometimes girls feel insecure or not valued in their relationships, and when someone else shows them attention, they fall. It doesn’t mean it’s right sha, but I feel like many girls don’t really know their worth yet.
