      Lately, journaling before bed has been my go-to. I just write whatever’s on my mind—no filter. It really helps me clear my head. Also, I light a lavender candle while I do it. Total vibe!

      Music is everything for me. I made a playlist called ‘De-Stress Mode’ with all my fave calming songs. I plug in my headphones, lie down, and breathe. Works every time.

      I started limiting how much time I spend on TikTok and Insta. Too much scrolling makes me anxious. Replacing that time with journaling has really helped.
