    I’ve noticed that my insomnia often starts when I’m stressed about school or exams. What really helps me is turning off my phone an hour before bed and reading a book instead. It calms my mind.

    I find that avoiding naps during the day helps me sleep better at night, even though sometimes it’s really hard not to nap after school.
